Hinweis zum Datenschutz und zu Gastzugängen
Aus gegebenen Anlass möchten wir Sie darum bitten, Ihre bestehenden Kurse auf verwendete
Daten zu überprüfen. Personenbezogene Daten, wie Teilnehmerlisten und persönliche
Informationen (E-Mailadresse, Matrikelnummer etc.) sowie Fotos/Videos von Studierenden o.Ä. sollten Sie und auch die Studierenden keinesfalls hochladen.
Bei Beratungsbedarf wenden Sie sich bitte an den Datenschutzkoordinator der Fakultät.
Ab sofort ist auch das Einrichten von Gastzugängen den Inhaber*innen der Rolle Trainer*in
nicht mehr selbst möglich. Falls hier im Einzelfall Bedarf besteht können Sie sich gerne an moodle_admin@hhu.de
wenden.

Information about data protection and guest accesses
In view of recent events, we would like to ask you to check your existing courses
for any data used. Personal data such as participant lists and personal information
(e-mail address, matriculation number, etc.) as well as photos/videos of students or alike should not be uploaded by you or the students under any circumstances.
If you need advice, please contact the faculty's data protection coordinator.
With immediate effect, it is also no longer possible for holders of the trainer
role to set up guest acceses themselves. If there is a need here in individual cases, you are welcome to contact moodle_admin@hhu.de
